G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Russell requested all executive session minutes generated by the Fairhaven Board of Selectmen for the years 2010 to 2015. In a response dated July 26, 2016, the Town responded to this request with only one year (2014-2015) of executive session minutes. Ms. Russell appealed. In a telephone conversation, you indicated your willingness to provide a revised response to Ms. Russell's request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town review Ms. Russell's July 20 request and provide a complete written response. This response must be prepared in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
