G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Having received no response Ms. Bennett appealed. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that you believed a response was provided, but you intended to verify whether this is so. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the premise that MassDOT failed to provide a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that MassDOT will complete its review of this request and provide a written response to Ms. Bennett.
