Williams Supervisor ofR ecords October 20, 2016 SPR16/868 Jason Tallerman Town of Kingston Conservation Commission Kingston Town House 26 Evergreen Street Kingston, MA 02364 Dear Mr. Tallerman: I have received the petition of Daniel Harlow appealing the response of the Town of Kingston (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). This request was the subject of two (2) previous appeals. See SPR 16/581, SPR16/582 Determination of the Supervisor ofRecords (August 18, 2016). Specifically, Mr. Harlow requests copies of certain executive session meeting. It is my understanding that on or about October 20,2016 a member of my staff provided you with a copy of the file associated with this appeal and you confirmed that a revised response will be provided to Mr. Harlow. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Harlow may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission's r~sponse within ninety (90) days.
