General Counsel Office of the Chief Medical Examiner 720 Albany Street Boston, MA 02118-2518 Dear Attorney Faherty: I have received the petition of Frederick Perry appealing the non-response of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) to an August 25, 2016 query regarding records provided to him by OCME. G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, upon receipt ofrequested records Mr. Perry sought clarification as to certain abbreviated terms noted in the records. Having received no response Mr. Perry appealed. In a telephone conversation on October 24, 2016, the OCME Chief of Staff indicated she would coordinate with your office to provide a response to Mr. Perry's query.
