Legal Counsel Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 900 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney Sulla: I have received the petitions of Ryan Kath of WBZ-TV Boston appealing the non response ofthe Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Kath requested copies of weekly timesheets for specifically named Environmental Police Officers. Having received no satisfactory response Mr. Kath appealed. In an October 21, 2016 telephone conversation, you explained that EEA has contacted Mr. Kath, and is in the process of complying with his request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kath may appeal the substantive nature ofthe EEA's response within ninety (90) days.
