G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Curran requested copies of weekly time sheets for specifically named Environmental Police Officers. Having received no satisfactory response Ms. Curran appealed. In an October 21, 2016 telephone conversation, you explained that EEA has contacted Ms. Curran, and is in the process of complying with her request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Curran may appeal the substantive nature of the EEA's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. (2 .
