Legal Counsel Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs 10 0 Cambridge Street, Suite 900 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney Sulla: I have received the petitions ofKathy Curran of Team 5 Investigates appealing the non response of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Curran requested copies of weekly time sheets for specifically named Environmental Police Officers. Having received no satisfactory response Ms. Curran appealed. In an October 21, 2016 telephone conversation, you explained that EEA has contacted Ms. Curran, and is in the process of complying with her request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Curran may appeal the substantive nature of the EEA's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. (2 .
