G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Marcelo requested records related to a particular City employee. The City provide records and withheld others and Mr. Marcelo appealed. In an October 20, 2016 telephone conversation, you explained that the City is revisiting this request and intends to provide a revised response. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that such response be provided to Mr. Marcelo, prepared in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations.
