G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, you seek information regarding a specifically identified contractor. Your petition to this office did not include a copy of any request that you made to the DPW Any petition to this office must include a copy of the letter by which the request was made. See 950 C.M.R. 32.05 (3). As you did not provide a copy of the request I am not able to assist you in this matter. To facilitate a response to your request I contacted the DPW.
