G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, both your petitions contained several chains of emails containing several requests for information. It is unclear which requests and which responses you are appealing. Appeals must include a copy of the original request, and shall include a copy of the letter by which the custodian made a response. Given that it is unclear, from the documents you provided in your petitions, what you are specifically appealing we are unable to assist at this time. Please feel free to resubmit your appeal containing a narrative specifically detailing the requests for records and responses that are the subject of your petition. Please note such appeal shall be in writing, shall include a copy of the original request, and shall include a copy of the letter by which the custodian made a response.
