Mullen, Esq. Town Counsel Town of Rowley 141 Main Street, P.O. Box 276 Rowley, MA 01969 Dear Attorney Mullen: I have received the petition of William A. Moschella, Esq., appealing the response of the Town of Rowley Public Library (Library) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney Moschella requested records regarding a meeting held at the Library. Attorney Moschella received a copy of a redacted record and appealed. On October 31, 2016, a member of my legal staff discussed the issues surrounding this appeal with Attorney Moschella. Based on this conversation it is my understanding that Attorney Moschella is not interested in pursuing this matter furth r at this time.
