Williams Supervisor of Records October 27, 2016 SPR16/912 Patricia Depew Department of Public Health Division of Health Care Facility Licensure and Recertification 99 Chauncy Street Boston, Ma 02111 Dear Ms. Depew: I have received the petition of Gina M. Bonci, Esq., appealing the response of the Department of Public Health (Department) to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney Bonci requested copies of records related to CVS Minute Clinic, 1900 Main Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876. In a response dated September 30, 2016 the Department confirmed receipt of the request explaining the request is being processed and may take more than ten days to fully respond. I understand a member of my staff contacted your office about this matter and provided you with a copy of the file related to this appeal. You confirmed the Department would provide Attorney Bonci with a detailed response addressing her concerns. Whereas, this matter was opened based upon the Department's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide the response to Attorney Bonci without delay. Attorney Bonci may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R 32.08(2).A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
