Williams Supervisor ofR ecords November 7, 2016 SPR16/941 Michael Giampietro Building Department Town of Millis 900 Main Street Millis, MA 02054 Dear Mr. Giampietro: I have received the petition of George Sgourak:es appealing the response of the Town of Millis - Building Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). In a September 24, 2016 letter, you provided information related to the "decision of the zoning board of appeals." In his petition, Mr. Sgourakes questions whether the Department fully responded to his request. It is my understanding a member of my staff contacted you regarding this appeal. The Department is hereby ordered to review each of Mr. Sgourakes' requests and provides a written response to Mr. Sgourak:es to confirm whether all records have been provided. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
