Specifically, Ms. Guha requested copies of any complaints that the Office has or is currently investigating. Having received no response, Ms. Guha petitioned this office. The authority of the Supervisor of Records is limited to records of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and its cities and towns. The federal government of the United States is outside the jurisdiction of this office.
