G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). It has come to my attention that members of your paralegal staff have been in regular contact with Attorney Vickery in an attempt to comply with his request. It is my further understanding that a response will be provided in the immediate future.
