The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Shawn A. Williams Supervisor ofR ecords November 10,2016 SPR16/976 Erin Nosek, Ed.D. Superintendent of Schools Tantasqua Regional/School Union 61 Districts 320A Brookfield Road Fiskdale, MA 01518 Dear Dr. Nosek: I have received the petition of Dana Manning appealing the response of the Tantasqua Regional/School Union 61 Districts (School District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Manning requested copies ofrecords associated with a specific incident. The School District provided records and Ms. Manning appealed. This request was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR16/723 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 20, 2016). In response to September 20 order, the School District provided Ms. Manning with an October 18,2016 written response. Ms. Manning appealed this response. I find that while the School District complied with my order by providing a response, it remains unclear what, if any additional records remain that are responsive to Ms. Manning's thirteen-part August 2016 request. I find a final substantive response by the School District, limited to a clear response related to each remaining item, would assist in determining the status of any remaining records. Accordingly, the School District is hereby ordered to provide Ms. Manning with a response to the request, within (10) days, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations. A copy of any such respo se must be provided to this office.
