G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. A valle requested all records pertaining to a motor vehicle incident involving her client that occurred on September 19, 2016. Having received no response, Ms. Avalle petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 2, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
