Bums appealing the response ofthe Massachusetts Department Public Health-Bureaus of Health Professions Licensure (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, C. Bums requested records pertaining to "applications regarding license number RN152222." You initially responded on November 1, 2016 stating the Department has no responsive records associated with this license, issued in 1980. C. Burns appealed. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a revised response was provided, dated November 9, 2016 reiterating that, subsequent to "an extensive search," the Department was unable to find any responsive records associated with this request. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. C.
