A request for appeals to the Supervisor of Records shall include a copy of the letter by which the request was made, and as available, an original copy of the letter by which the custodian responded. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). As no such copy was provided, I am unable to assist Mr. Cockerline in this matter.
