G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Dr. Mahmoud requested six categories of records. The requested records were the subjects of prior appeals. See SPR15/843 Determinations ofthe Supervisor of Records (December 31, 2015; March 25, 2016); see also SPR16/485 Determination ofthe Supervisor (July 14, 2016). Dr. Mahmoud received responsive records, but believes other records still exist that have not yet been provided. In a November 8, 2016 telephone conversation with a member of my staff, you stated you would review Dr. Mahmoud's requests and provide a supplemental written response. To assist, members of my staff provided you with a copy of the current appeal file and Dr. Mahmoud's November 2 and November 8, 2016 email communications regarding his requests. Accordingly, whereas you have indicated you intend to provide a supplemental response I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso tha such response be provided to Dr. Mahmoud without delay. A copy of any such response must e provided to this office.
