G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Saklad requested "Minutes of the most recent Public Meeting of Cambridge Broadband Task Force." Having received no response, Mr. Saklad petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, it was brought to my attention that Lisa Peterson provided a response on November 3. Mr. Saklad may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response withinninety (90) days.
