G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Olson requested records pertaining to Emergency Order 1-AH0-05. The Department provided responsive records on September 19,2016. On November 16, Mr. Olson petitioned this office contending that Department had not fully complied with his request. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified by you that a revised response will be provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a more substantial written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Olson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32 ).
