G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Hawkinson requested data regarding early voting turnout in Massachusetts. Mr. Hawkinson explained that after several conversations with Elections staff, he had not received a final response and petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was being compiled and would be provided shortly. I will therefore consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that a response be provided without delay, in accordance with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations.
