G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Mcisaac requested two (2) categories of records, including investigative reports pertaining to a specifically identified individual, as well as "all complaints filed against Pembroke Hospital between August 2015-September 2015." Having received an insufficient response to his latter request, Mr. Mcisaac petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a revised response would be provided by DMH without delay. This revised response will contain "incident log reports" pertaining to the complaints provided to Mr. Mcisaac. DMH will provide all responsive records in its possession, and will include a forwarding address for Mr. Mcisaac to direct any further requests for additional incident log reports.
