Muise appealing the non-response of the Office of the Chairman of the Massachusetts Parole Board (Board) to an August 17, 2016 request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Muise requested copies of the Board's "Annual Report" and "Rules relative to its performance." Having received no response, Mr. Muise petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 25, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Board's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Muise may appeal the substantive nature of the Bo rd's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). cc: Timothy J.
