G. L. c. 66 § lO(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Alexander requested to inspect and make copies of insurance policies in their entirety. You initially provided Mr. Alexander with two summaries of the Town's liability insurance coverage with respect to public officials and the School Committee. Mr. Alexander appealed your response. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that full copies of the insurance policies were provided to Mr. Alexander on December 9, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Board's failure to provide the insurance policies in their entirety, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. exander may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety (90) days.
