Hunt, Ph. D., appealing the nonresponse ofthe Bridgewater Finance Department (Department) to a November 13, 2016 request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Dr. Hunt requested "the data for energy costs from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016." Having received no response, Dr. Hunt petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that a response is provided to Dr. Hunt without delay, prepared in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations.
