Hunt, Ph.D. appealing the nomesponse ofthe Bridgewater Finance Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, on October 20, 2016, Dr. Hunt requested records regarding fossil fuel and propane use, and vehicle costs. You responded to Dr. Hunt on the same day informing indicating that you would provide the responsive records. Having not receiving a further response, Dr. Hunt petitioned this office on November 29, 2016. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated December 1, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
