Williams Supervisor ofR ecords December 2, 2016 SPR16/1093 Patricia Dzuris Assistant Town Clerk Town of Chelmsford 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA 01824 Dear Ms. Dzuris: I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the response ofthe Town of Chelmsford-Town Manager's Office (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested copies of "electronically filed complaints" against the Town. Mr. Mazurczyk appealed, stating that as of November 7, 2016 he had received no response. In a November 30, 2016 telephone conversation, you informed a member of my staff that a written response was provided, in the form a fee estimate. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature ofthe Town's response within ninety (90) days.
