The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Shawn A Williams Supervisor of Records December 9, 2016 SPR16/1097 Betty Adelson Conservation Administrator Town of Lynnfield- Conservation Commission 55 Summer Street Lynnfield, MA 01940 Dear Ms. Adelson: I have received the petition of Julie Connolly, Esq. appealing the response of the Town of Lynnfield - Conservation Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney Connolly requested a number of records pertaining to "the spring at 165 Lowell Street." Initially you provided a response dated October 21,2016 to Attorney DiLuna, a colleague of Attorney Connolly. Based on that response, Attorney Connolly petitioned this office expressing concern that not all of the responsive records were provided. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified by you that a revised response was provided, dated December 7, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Commission's failure to provide a substantial written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Connolly may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
