The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Shawn A Williams Supervisor of Records December 13, 2016 SPR16/1109 Henry C. Luthin, Esq. City of Boston Law Department City Hall, Room 615 Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Luthin: I have received the petition of Elliott Turner appealing the response of the City of Boston - Law Department (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Turner requested "documents or paper trail related to that Goldman Sachs report." Initially you had provided a response dated November 17 along with some responsive records. Objecting to the City not having provided all responsive records, Mr. Turner petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified by you that a revised response will be provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City's failure to provide a more substantial response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Turner may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
