G. L. c. 66 § lO(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). You initially informed this office that a response was provided on November 3, 2016 via regular mail. Having not received a response Mr. Rheinhardt petitioned this office on December 2, 2016. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified in a December 12, 2016 email that Mr. Rheinhardt received responsive records. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Division's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rheinhardt may appeal the substantive nature of the Division's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). n Willi~ A.
