The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Shawn A Williams Supervisor ofR ecords December 7, 2016 SPR16/1113 Lieutenant Kevin Ware Braintree Police Department 282 Union Street Braintree, MA 02184 Dear Lieutenant Ware: I have received the petition of Andrew Mclsaac appealing the response of Town of Braintree Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Mclsaac requested a "copy of the Braintree Police Policy Manual." Subsequent to intervention by a member of my staff, I learned that the Department has provided Mr. Mclsaac with the requested information via an email sent on December 5, 2016. Mr. Mclsaac followed up via email noting that he had received the records from the Department and that this satisfies his inquery.
