G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Kaminsky requested copies of seven (7) categories of reports pertaining to incidents investigated by the Department. This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR16/998 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 10, 20 16). In a response to this Determination, the Department provided Mr. Kaminsky with records he deems nomesponsive to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide Mr. Kaminsky with a supplemental response to his request made in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations. Mr. Kaminsky may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days.
