G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Shibley requested "a .pdf copy of the related investigative report associated with the Town of Hubbardston's former Tax Collector. ..." Previous appeal This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR16/860 Determination ofthe Supervisor of Records (October 21, 2016); SPR16/1007 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 29, 2016). In my November 29 determination, I closed the appeal with the proviso that the DAO provide a response to Mr. Shibley, prepared in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations (Regulations). The DAO provided certain responsive records in a response dated November 30, 2016. Mr. Shibley appealed the DAO's November 30 response and this appeal (SPR16/1166) was opened as a result. Current appeal In Mr. Shibley's most recent appeal he indicates the report he was provided with references several attachments that were not included in the DAO's November 30 response. The basis of Mr. Shibley's appeal is that the referenced attachments must be provided. I understand an attorney on my staff contacted you about this matter and you indicated the DAO would provide a supplemental response to Mr. Shibley addressing his concerns.
