Duggan Town Manager Town of Dracut 62 Arlington Street Dracut, MA 01826 Dear Mr. Duggan: I have received the petition of Attorney Dennis Cormier appealing the response of the Town of Dracut (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney Cormier requested "the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Superior Officers of the Dracut Police Department and the town of Dracut for years 2002, 2003, and 2004. Also payroll records including compensation time and personal time accrued by then Lieutenant Kevin Richardson for years 2002, 2003, and 2004." Subsequent to intervention by a member of my staff, I learned that the Town has provided Attorney Cormier with the requested information via an email sent on December 13, 2016. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Cormier may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See C.M.R. 32.08(2).
