G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney Erkan requested copies of records related to traffic stops from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS), and this request was then forwarded to DCJIS. You provided Attorney Erkan with initial responses on October 13, 2016 and October 21, 2016, notifying him that EOPSS had forwarded his request and that you were in the process of reviewing it. Upon receiving no further response, Attorney Erkan petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a final response was provided, dated December 14, 2016. This office was further notified by Attorney Erkan in a December 14, 2016 email that he was satisfied with the resolution of this request.
