G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested a copy of a contract the Town had approved/awarded to a specifically identified web developer. The Town provided Mr. Mazurczyk with said copy; however, Mr. Mazurczyk then stated the copy was missing the deliverables/requirements. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that additional records were provided on December 14, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon Mr. Mazurczyk's objection to the Town's initial written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days.
