G. L. c. 66 § lO(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Mr. Alexander requested the "paper and electronic meeting calendars" of a specifically identified superintendent for the year of 2013. Having received no response, Mr. Alexander petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided by the end of the week. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that a response is provided to Mr. Alexander without delay. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Alexander may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety (90) days.
