G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk inquired "about the policy for appointing/hiring in the Town." In a response dated October 5, 2016 the Town provided Mr. Mazurczyk with certain responsive records. Mr. Mazurczyk maintains that the Town has not responded with all the records it maintains responsive to his request. I understand that a member of my staff contacted you regarding this matter, and a more substantive response was provided to Mr. Mazurczyk on December 16, 2016. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's most recent response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R 32.08(2). A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
