G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Viglione requested the contracts of specifically named employees of the Library, as well as lists of complaints pertaining made by and against the Library within the last seven (7) years. Subsequent to intervention by a member of my staff, I learned that the Library plans to provide Mr. Viglione with a response. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Library provide Mr. Viglione with said response without delay. Mr. Viglione may appeal the substantive nature of the ibrary's response within ninety (90) days.
