Office of the District Attorney - Berkshire District 7 North Street Pittsfield, MA 01202 Dear Custodian: I have received the petition of Mr. Damien Lamb appealing the response of the Office of the District Attorney-Berkshire District (DAO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Lamb requested "all files, recordings, memoranda, and other data and materials ever sent between the Berkshire District Attorneys Office" and other specifically named state and federal agencies. Subsequent to intervention by a member of my staff, I learned that the DAO plans to provide Mr. Lamb with a response. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the DAO provide Mr. Lamb with a response made in compliance with the Public Record Law and its Regulations. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
