G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, you requested "all files, records, memoranda, and other data and materials" ever sent between the Department and other specifically named state and federal agencies. Having received no response, you filed an appeal with this office. Subsequent to speaking with a member of my staff, I learned that a representative from the Department was contacted and it was determined that they had not received any requests that you had sent.
