Williams Supervisor of Records December 23, 2016 SPR16/1220 James Bergeron Assistant General Counsel Department of Developmental Services 500 Harrison A venue Boston, MA 02118 Dear Mr. Bergeron: I have received the petition of David Kassel appealing the response of the Department of Developmental Services (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Kassel requested "developmental memos and other records relating to early retirement incentives provided in the current fiscal year to employees of the Wrentham Developmental Center, the Hogan Regional Center, and state-operated group homes." Subsequent to intervention by a member of my staff, I learned the Department provided Mr. Kassel with the requested information via an email sent on December 21,2016. Mr. Kassel then informed this office he is withdrawing his appeal.
