Box 100 South Walpole, MA 02071 Dear Ms. Markham: _ [have received the petition of William Murray appealing the response of the Department of Correction - MCI Cedar Junction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Murray requested a specifically identified portion of the Records Manual Procedure and copies of two memos specifically identifying Department employees. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Department plans to provide a supplemental response to Mr. Murray. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide said response without delay to Mr. Murray. Mr. Murray may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response with ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
