Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 30, 2016 SPR16/1240 Michael Garrity MassDOT Aeronautics One Harborside Drive, Suite 205N East Boston, MA 02128-2909 Dear Mr. Garrity: I have received the petition of David Bixby appealing the response of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Aeronautics Division (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Bixby requested "the underlying data supporting the state's findings for the Chatham Airport." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Department plans to provide a supplemental response to Mr. Bixby. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provides said response without delay to Mr. Bixby. Mr. Bixby may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response with ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
