G. L. c. 66 § 1 O(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Gordon requested a number of records in the possession of the Boston Police Department. Having received no response, Mr. Gordon petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was informed by you that the Department plans to provide a response to Mr. Gordon. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide said response without delay to Mr. Gordon.
