G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, :Mr. Shibley requested a copy of "the application and exam required by candidates to complete who are seeking consideration to be promoted to detective." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Department plans to provide a supplemental response to Mr. Shibley. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide said response without delay to Mr. Shibley.
