Leon Records Manager Executive Office of Public Safety and Security - Department of Correction One Administration Road Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Ms. Leon: I have received the petition of William Murray appealing the response of the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security - Department of Corrections (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Murray requested a mileage reimbursement form for CPO Ed Cote from February to June of2016. This request was the subject of a previous appeal and determination. See SPR16/1 021 Determination ofthe Supervisor ofRecords (November 23, 2016). Mr. Murray appealed this office, claiming he has not yet received a response. I understand a member of my staff has provided you with a copy of the file related to this appeal. Whereas the Department indicated it would provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide said response without delay made in compliance with this order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations. Mr. Murray may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response with ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Sincerely, /Yltwuafj- f/J;tuA Rebecca S.
