The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 30,2017 SPR17/1252 Ms. Mary Overholt Town of Webster Conservation Commission 350 Main Street Webster, MA 01570 Dear Ms. Overholt: I have received the petition of Gail Arsenault appealing the nomesponse ofthe Town of Webster Conservation Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Arsenault requested seven (7) categories of records pertaining to a property located on Loveland Road in Webster. This request was handled in a previous appeal; SPR16/727. Ms. Arsenault is now appealing the lack of a complete response provided by the Commission in compliance with the order issued by this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that the Commission would issue a response without delay. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Commission's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that Ms. Arsenault receives a response to her request. Ms. Arsenault may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Sincerely, 12J;u;u;.. me~ Rebecca S.
