Leduc Acting Town Administrator Town of Webster 3 50 Main Street Webster, MA 01570 Dear Ms. Leduc: I have received the petition of Cathleen Godzik, MD appealing the response ofthe Town of Webster-Town Administrator's Office (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Dr. Godzik requested a copy of seven (7) catagories of records related a specifically identified property. This request was the subject of a previous appeal and determination. See SPR16/648 Determination ofthe Supervisor of Records (August 26, 2016). This office closed that appeal with the understanding that the Town would be providing a supplemental response to Dr. Godzik. Dr. Gidzik appealed this office, claiming she has not yet received a response. I understand a member of my staff has provided you with a copy of the file related to this appeaL Whereas the Town indicated it would provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provide said response without delay made in compliance with this order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations.
